R.R. Donnelley reports growth

CHICAGO -- R.R. Donnelley & Sons Co., the largest North American printer, said first-quarter profit gained 31 percent on increased international sales and the acquisition of printing companies. Net income rose to $182.5 million, or 85 cents a share, from $138.8 million, or 63 cents, a year earlier, the Chicago-based company reported Tuesday.
