Northwest Stamp Club meets: 2 p.m. today; Elk Grove Village Library, Biesterfield and Wellington. Question-and-answer session with mixture and swap activity. (847) 439-1947.

Northwest Towns Sportsmen's Club meets: 7:30 p.m. today, American Legion hall, Miner and Douglas streets, Arlington Heights. Interested outdoorsmen, hunters, fishermen and shooters are welcome. (847) 398-3074.

Wednesday

Arlington Camera Club meets: 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, Arlington Historical Society, 110 W. Fremont St., Arlington Heights. "Macro Photography," will be presented by Don Bolak.

Des Plaines Elks Club meets: 7 p.m. Wednesday for bingo, 495 Lee St., Des Plaines. Refreshments, $500 cover-all, bonanza prize. The public is welcome.
