Why isn't the U.S. blaming OPEC?

Do they still have OPEC?

Previously, any time oil prices went up, the U.S. objected, but with this administration, I never heard a word against OPEC.

Do they have secret deal with OPEC, that the U.S. will stay mum and OPEC can raise prices as much as they want?
