U.S. can't afford Global Poverty Act
Obama wants change. Obama wants to eradicate poverty. Obama wants American citizens to pay for this!
Obama has sponsored the Global Poverty Act (S.2433), which could eventually force American taxpayers to fork over 0.7 percent of our nation's gross domestic product or $845 billion over 13 years over and above what America already spends on third world countries.
In 2006, foreign aid programs cost American taxpayers about $300 billion.
This plan has already passed the House of Representatives because most members did not know what was in it. (Isn't that great?)
This is a blueprint for a world government owned and operated by the United Nations.
Please tell the senators to kill this un-American bill.
