Brightest years? No one asked me
The article in April 19th's Herald, is a laugh ("Study finds golden years shine brightest").
Ask seniors who are squeaking by on meager social security or pensions that don't allow us to live comfortably, then throw in seniors who have serious medical or health problems such as arthritis, physical disabilities, no health insurance, and ask them if they are happier than they were back when they were younger, more agile and less dependent on others for assistance.
I'd be curious as to who conducted that survey and why they never called me.
