Valspar releases stain-block primer

WHEELING -- The Valspar Corp. introduced Zap stain-blocking primers to help battle stains and odors before applying paint. Unlike other primers, Zap offers surface coverage, along with the ability to block the stains and odors common in new and existing residential and commercial buildings. This new line introduces two options for professional painters and contractors -- Zap Interior/Exterior Latex Primer and Zap Interior Oil-Based Primer.
