Public works class a great experience
I have just completed attending the first Public Works Academy of Rolling Meadows with a number of my fellow citizens and friends. What a blast! We learned how the city that works accomplished all the projects and programs that they carry out each day in a very efficient manner.
Today we watched the men repair a broken sewer pipe. Working in the rain under poor conditions, they were very professional and really fast. Nice to know where and how our tax dollars are used. For our welfare and safety, thanks guys, you are all the greatest.
I am sure I speak for all the other graduates. I encourage other Rolling Meadows citizens to attend the next academy -- very worthwhile.
