Homes By Patrick unveils two new floor plans at two communities. The designs will be available at Tanner Trails in North Aurora and Hickory Terrace in Sycamore.

The Maria Rose, priced at $209,900 plus lot, is a ranch with Craftsman accents. Features include an open floor plan with three bedrooms, two baths, office and side-load garage.

The George Joseph, priced at $239,900 plus lot, is a two-story design with four bedrooms, 2½ baths, a fireplace in the great room and a 2½-car garage.

Standard features in all homes include brick/stone per plan, granite counter tops, appliance package, hardwood flooring and ceramic tile.

Lots start at $60,000 and range in size from one-quarter to one-half acre.

"We specialize in custom and semi-custom homes that can be personalized before construction begins," says Patrick Franciscy, president of Homes by Patrick.

To visit Hickory Terrace in Sycamore, take I-88 to Peace Road, north to Freed Street, east to the subdivision. A model is open for viewing at 1475 Starfish Lane.

Tanner Trails is one mile northwest of Orchard Road and I-88 in North Aurora.
