Middleby adds to its cooking lines

ELGIN -- The Middleby Corp. announced it made two acquisitions last week. It acquired Giga Grandi Cucine, a European manufacturer of a broad line of commercial cooking equipment, including ovens and steam cooking equipment. Middleby also acquired the net assets and related business operations of FriFri aro SA from the Franke Group. FriFri is a European manufacturer of frying systems located in Switzerland.
