Long Grove board looks at downtown plan

The Long Grove village board on Tuesday went over the downtown master plan, which will be up for approval at its next meeting. The plan commission has already approved the document. The plan includes ideas for downtown development, such as reconfiguration of parking lots and new stores. The board decided to take out an item regarding multifamily housing near the downtown area, although the board would still be open to multifamily development ideas.
