Roger Muterspaugh, president and Elgin Township resident, provides services in architecture, land planning, civil engineering, feasibility analysis and construction management. Firm expertise includes civic, municipal and public works; education; parks and recreation buildings; land use and infrastructure planning; storage and maintenance facilities planning.
