Rezko arrives at courthouse as corruption trial continues

CHICAGO - Indicted political fundraiser Antoin "Tony" Rezko is back the courtroom after spending a weekend free on $8.5 million bond.

The 52-year-old businessman who helped raise money for Senator Barack Obama and Governor Rod Blagojevich spent ten weeks in jail after authorities claimed he was a flight risk.

But he was released Friday after family and friends put up 30 pieces of property and a $380,000 cashier's check to secure his release.

He returned to court Monday as his trial continues.

Rezko has to stay under house arrest and wear an electronic monitoring device.

He's charged with scheming to get kickbacks from firms seeking state business.
