Motorcycle accident in Des Plaines

A traffic accident involving a motorcycle and truck occurred about noon today in Des Plaines.

There was no immediate word on injuries as Des Plaines fire and police officers were at the scene.

Witnesses reported the crash shortly before noon on the 330 block of East Touhy Avenue, east of South Mount Prospect Road in Des Plaines.
