Will we ever end state corruption?

I am appalled at the recent testimony and ongoing trial of Mr. Rezko.

It seems that in Illinois politics, you can change the person, you can change the party yet you still get the same results.

Except in Gov. Ryan's case. He at least got things done, which is more than Gov. Blagojevich can say -- unless you count getting your name plastered across the tollway system progress.

The money we waste in this state (let's not forget Cook County) is a crime. If the state or the county were a private business, they'd be out of business.
