GOP is ruining the county, the country

After reading the letter from Mike Davitt, I can't believe this guy really lives in Naperville or anywhere else in DuPage. Democrats don't spend, borrow and then tax us to cover up their ways as is the case here in DuPage County, where it's the Republicans, and as far as I can remember, it has always been the Republicans.

I've lived in DuPage for over 35 years, in Wheaton and Carol Stream homes. It's always been the Republicans and their entrenched and entitled friends who have continuously spent, borrowed and then raised my taxes here in DuPage.

Who is this guy "Mike" trying to kid?

And on the national level, there is our current administration, "Bush et al", who have killed American people with this so-called "war" that will bankrupt us taxpayers if it hasn't already.

The U.S. dollar is at an all- time low since the 13 colonies got together. It is now worth a small fraction globally.

Does Mike Davitt think the vice president and Haliburton will pay for this mess? Tell Mike he and I will pay and so will our kids, their kids and then maybe their kids. At least until we get smart and throw the bums out -- "Bush et al" and all other Republicans nationally and locally in overly-taxed DuPage County.

So I'll see you at the polls in November. It's as simple as voting, or is it?
