Two killed in I-90/94 wreck

Officials say two people were killed and one person was in critical condition after a crash on Interstate 90/94 that snarled traffic on Chicago's South Side during rush hour. Fire Department spokeswoman Eve Rodriguez says the crash occurred Friday around 3:30 p.m. in the northbound express lanes (near the 55th Street overpass). Illinois State Police Trooper Dan Garcia says officials closed the express lanes and diverted traffic to local lanes. Rodriguez says two people were killed in the crash. She says the third person was taken in critical condition to Northwestern Memorial Hospital.
