APAC recognized in Top 50 agencies

DEERFIELD -- APAC Customer Services Inc. said Thursday it has been ranked as one of the top 50 teleservices agencies by Customer Interaction Solutions magazine. APAC also has been ranked as a "Top Five U.S. Domestic Teleservices Agency," a "Top Ten International Teleservices Agency" and a "Top Ten Global Aggregate Teleservices Agency," up several spots from last year's rankings. This is the 18th year that APAC has been ranked in the top 10 domestically.
