Cardinal Fitness offers health fairs

ORLAND PARK -- Cardinal Fitness announced four locations will host free health fairs from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. April 19. Lunch, nutritional advice, spinal screening, massages, tanning gift certificates and prizes are available. The fairs take place at locations in Cary, 3106 Three Oaks Road; Crystal Lake, 435 Angela Lane; McHenry, 2192 W. Rte. 120; and Woodstock, 11621 Catalpa Lane.
