Cabot receives Intel award

AURORA -- Cabot Microelectronics Corp. was named a recipient of Intel Corp.'s 2007 Preferred Quality Supplier award for outstanding performance in providing products and services deemed essential to Intel's success. The company is awarded for supplying Intel with CMP polish slurries for flash and logic technologies. Cabot and 34 additional winners were honored in Burlingame, Calif., on March 18.
