College hosts free home-buying seminar

ELGIN -- A free home buyer informational seminar takes place from 6:30 to 8 p.m. April 30 at Elgin Community College. The session is in room 103 of the business wing. Participants can listen and speak to credit correction specialists and specialists in the mortgage industry.
