Mailboxes damaged in Elgin

More than a dozen mailboxes were uprooted on the city's west side Saturday, according to police.

A total of five mailboxes were removed from the 1700 block of Mission Hills Drive, four were removed from the 900 block of Aberdeen Court and three more were moved from the 900 block of Annandale Drive.

Damage estimates were not known.
