Sun rooms available on some models

The new Classic Series of single-family homes is offering another variation on the theme of indoor/outdoor living for which award-winning West Point Gardens is known.

Buyers who would like to add a sun room to their homes can choose from two of the four floor plans in the Classic Series that allow for this attractive amenity. The sun room option is just one of the enticing advantages buyers are finding in the new series which continues the design excitement and innovative features that have made West Point Gardens the most acclaimed new home community in Chicagoland.

The Classic Series features a 1,950-square-foot ranch and three two-story designs with up to 2,550 square feet of space. One two-story plan has a first-floor master bedroom. The homes also include two-car garages and basements in some plans. Preview pricing ranges from $319,990 to $359,990.

The homes that may have the optional sun rooms are the 2,200-square-foot Birchwood, priced from $329,990, and the 2,400-square-foot Dalewood, priced from $339,990.

Meier Park includes a covered pavilion and gazebo, playground equipment, baseball and soccer fields, tennis courts and basketball courts plus landscaped open space that functions as a big back yard. Additional shopping and services abound in the nearby Randall Road corridor.

West Point Gardens has been honored with more Key Awards than any other new home community in Chicagoland, and Key Awards are the home building industry's gold standard for excellence in architectural and land planning.

The community will include 342 single-family homes in three series as well as 128 townhouses. In addition to the Classic Series, the Heritage and Kingston Series of traditional single-family homes feature the room-sized front porches and private enclosed gardens with garages in the rear. The townhouse plans also feature private enclosed rear gardens and front porches. Beautiful theme gardens are shown with each of the 11 models open in the community, and they are available for sale. All private enclosed gardens include a privacy fence, sodded lawn and landscaping.

A selection of townhouses, Heritage Series and Kingston Series homes is available for early delivery, and include many deluxe special features and incentives.

Five townhouse designs provide freedom from exterior maintenance and feature from 1,278 to 2,026 square feet with two or three bedrooms, 1½ to 2½ baths, lofts, family rooms per plan, nine-foot first-floor ceilings, full basements, two-car garages and large private enclosed gardens, priced from $219,990 to $274,990.

Four Heritage Series single-family floor plans range from 1,841 to 2,545 square feet and including three or four bedrooms, 2½ baths, basements, private enclosed gardens and two- or three-car attached garages grouped around motor courts. One design features a first-floor master bedroom. Prices range from $299,990 to $339,990.

The Kingston Series executive homes feature five single-family designs, ranging from 2,398 to 3,407 square feet, with three, four or five bedrooms, 2½ baths, basements, private enclosed gardens and two-or three-car attached garages at the rear of the homes, priced from $359,990 to $399,990.
