Spotlight on clubhouse at Bowes Creek

The public is invited for a sneak preview of the 9,000-square-foot active adult clubhouse at Bowes Creek Country Club by Toll Brothers. Scheduled from noon to 4 p.m., today and Sunday, visitors can enjoy guided tours, refreshments, and door prize drawings.

A low-maintenance, gated community of 351 luxury townhouses and single-family homes designed for those 55 and older, Regency at Bowes Creek Country Club is part of a master planned golf course community of 931 homes in a resort-like setting. Six decorated models are open for viewing.

A wide array of amenities are offered at the active-adult community including a Rick Jacobson-designed 18-hole golf course and an elegant 9,000-square-foot clubhouse scheduled to grand open this spring.

With hardwood and marble floors and a stone fireplace, the clubhouse lobby will serve as a place for neighbors and friends to congregate. To the right is the men's card room housing several poker tables, a pool table, a bar and several flat screen TVs.
