Many townhouse choices from Town & Country

There's never been a better time to stop paying that landlord hundreds or even thousands of dollars each month with nothing to show for it.

Town and Country Homes makes it possible for renters to become homeowners at its beautiful Providence clubhouse community located in northwest suburban Elgin.

The selection of beautiful new homes has never been greater, with two series of maintenance-free townhouses to choose from that start in the mid $190s along with single-family homes priced from the $300s.

Providence is an exciting master plan community that includes the Boathouse, an on-site community center/clubhouse located within walking distance to many of the homes. This community also features parks, preserved wetlands and over 110-acres of open green space.

"For anyone who is tired of paying rent each month, now is the best time in years to purchase a new home and start reaping the benefits of homeownership," said Brian Murphy, vice president of operations for Town and Country Homes.

At Providence, Town and Country features five exciting new Stonington Series townhouse floor plans. Each home is a two or three bedroom, two-story design with 1½ to 2½ baths and a two-car attached garage.

The plans are sized from 1,550 to 1,939 square feet and include brick trim, decorative shutters and covered entryways for an attractive look. Prices start in the mid $190s.

Every townhouse in the Stonington Series includes 9-foot first floor ceilings and an open floor plan that lives large. The homes feature (per plan) formal living and dining rooms, large kitchens with pantries, lofts and conveniently located first or second floor laundry rooms. Some homes highlight a luxury master bedroom suite with walk-in closets and a private bath.

Townhouse owners at Providence have all lawn mowing and snow removal taken care of through the affordable monthly association fee, allowing more time to enjoy the amenities available to them throughout the community.

The popular Coventry Series townhouses are still available for a limited time, as these homes are nearing closeout at Providence. There are three homes left, two Clipper models and one Windjammer, priced from $223,995 to $242,995.

Coventry models are sized from 1,665 up to 2,005 square feet. Each home has two or three bedrooms, 2½ baths and an attached rear-loading two-car garage.

One of the finest amenities available to residents at Providence is the Boathouse community center/clubhouse, located in the center of the community on the shores of a stocked pond with a fishing pier.
