Priest indicted again
A 77-year-old Jesuit priest from the Chicago area has been indicted in Phoenix on allegations he molested two young brothers during visits to Arizona between 1988 and 2002.
The victims were 9 and 12 years old when the abuse began.
Last fall, the brothers sued McGuire. McGuire, who was once an adviser to Mother Teresa, was convicted in Wisconsin in 2006 of molesting two Illinois boys on retreats in the late 1960s.
In February, he was indicted in Chicago on charges he had a sexual relationship with a boy over about a three-year period, beginning in 2000.
McGuire was taken into custody Tuesday, but he complained of chest pains and was hospitalized in Chicago.
