'Top Model' judge coming to Schaumburg

Nigel Barker, a judge on TV's "America's Next Top Model," will make a public appearance Friday afternoon in Schaumburg.

Barker, a judge on the Tyra Banks-hosted model search show, is promoting David's Bridal's prom fashion line.

The fashion photographer and former model is also scheduled to stop by Fremd and Conant high schools in Palatine and Hoffman Estates to talk with students.

Barker will appear at David's Bridal at the Woodfield Plaza Shopping Center, 500 E. Golf Road in Schaumburg. Fans can start lining up for autographs at 3:30 p.m., with the signing lasting from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.
