Batavia
• Gizela Diaz, 33, of 834 N. Randall Road, Aurora, was charged with no valid driver's license and resisting a police officer after a traffic stop at Route 31 and Main Street at 4:08 p.m. Saturday.
• Michael R. Warren, 42, of 1341 Ridgeway Ave., Aurora, was charged with retail theft after an incident at Menards, 300 N. Randall Road, at 4:10 p.m. Thursday.
Kane County
• An orange-and-white tow dolly valued at $2,000 was reported stolen Monday from Childress Automotive, 41W875 Route 20, Plato Township.
St. Charles
• Nicole R. Groebli, 19, of 33W206 Toni St., was arrested at 5:43 a.m. March 16 and charged with marijuana possession, drug paraphernalia possession, underage drinking, driving under the influence of alcohol and driving under the influence of drugs after being found unconscious in a vehicle parked at Charlestowne Mall, 3800 E. Main St., police said.
• Theodore J. Brubaker, 46, of 1102 Dean St., Unit 6, was arrested at 3:40 a.m. Sunday and charged with criminal damage to property and battery at a neighbor's apartment, police said. Brubaker is accused of smashing a glass coffee table and a window, which resulted in a man being struck by glass, according to an arrest report. He posted $100 bail and was released with an April 24 court date.
• Leticia Sotelo, 31, of 139 S. Hale Ave., Bartlett, was arrested at 10 a.m. Friday and charged with retail theft after stealing $110 in merchandise from Wal-Mart, 150 Smith Road, police said.
• Steven A. Baxter, 19, of 2679 Blackman Road, Geneva, was arrested at 5:30 p.m. Friday and charged with retail theft after stealing two bottles of liquor valued at $18 from Meijer, 855 S. Randall Road, police said. Baxter was issued a notice to appear in court May 1.
• An Apple iPod valued at $300, prescription drugs valued at $100 and $250 in cash were reported stolen March 22 from a house on the 1400 block of Hampton Course.
• Scratches caused $500 in damage to a car on the 800 block of Walnut Avenue Friday or Saturday.
• A van window valued at $300 was reported broken Friday on the 1700 block of Cumberland Green Drive.
• A Garmin global positioning system valued at $300 was stolen March 26 or Thursday from a truck on the 1700 block of Cumberland Green Drive. A vehicle window valued at $200 was shattered in the burglary.
• A red-and-black Magnum mountain bicycle valued at $500 and a dark blue mountain bicycle valued at $88 were reported stolen Monday from a yard on the 1400 block of South Seventh Avenue.
