Stanley purchases A-1 Security

NAPERVILLE -- Stanley Convergent Security Solutions Inc. (formerly HSM Electronic Protection Services Inc.) announced the purchase of A-1 Security Ltd., a security company headquartered in Las Vegas. A-1 Security has expertise in installing, servicing, inspecting, maintaining and monitoring electronic intrusion alarms, fire alarms, access control systems and video surveillance systems. Terms of the sale were not disclosed.
