JPMorgan CEO paid $29 million

NEW YORK -- JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s chief executive James Dimon received a compensation package worth nearly $29 million last year, a 5 percent raise from 2006, the New York-based bank said in a filing Monday. During 2007 Dimon received a salary of $1 million, a cash bonus of $14.5 million, a stock award valued at $13 million when it was granted in January and perks worth $356,330, according to the bank's proxy filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
