Bartlett Town Center at 80 percent sold

If living in vibrant downtown Bartlett near a commuter train is an important consideration, potential buyers should not miss the final opportunity to purchase a condo at Bartlett Town Center. Built by New England Builders, this mixed-use development of 75 single-level condominiums and 16 residential lofts plus office and retail space adjacent to the new Metra Station, is now 80 percent sold.

Debuting in December, the new Metra station at over 4,000 square feet, has brought more commuters to Bartlett who have been waiting for the convenience of being 50 minutes from Chicago.

Traditional red brick buildings adorned in stone accents and cedar shake siding have two- and three-bedroom condos with one to two baths and optional dens. Their sizes range from 1,662 to 2,016 square feet and they arc priced from the $270,000's to $350,000's.

Each residence includes underground climate-controlled parking and an individual storage area, as well as its own private balcony. Most of those remaining are dry walled and awaiting a purchaser's interior selections. These homes can deliver in 60 to 90 days. All others are completed for immediate occupancy, including a fully-furnished and accessorized model.

Engineered sound control, Weathershield Proshield® windows and no more than 9 condo residences per floor, create a quiet and private ownership experience. The classic interior lobby and gallery style common ways have an intercom entry system and each building features a state-of-the-art elevator.

During this final stage of the community, New England Builders is offering a variety of incentives from which purchasers may choose, including below-market pricing, financing assistance (interest rate buy downs, no closing costs), delayed closings, home-sale contingencies, and more. Also, for a limited time, the developer will pay the first years' Homeowners Association fees, a savings of up to $5,700.

Bartlett Town Center appeals to both young folks and mature adults. Two beautifully furnished models cater to diverse buyers.

In addition to the condos, one of the 16 Chicago-style green roof lofts built atop the retail spaces remains. Priced at $261,000, it has over 1,400 square feet. Featuring an expansive open floor plan, it has two-bedrooms and 2 baths and painted exposed structural framing and ductwork, hardwood floors in the entry, kitchen, great room and hallway, Berber carpeting in the bedrooms, a whirlpool tub in the master bath, granite countertops and backsplash in the kitchen with maple cabinets, a large island, Jenn-Air® stainless steel appliances, stackable washer and dryer and views of the green roofs.

In helping to make the downtown a thriving, bustling destination point, New England Builders welcomes LaDolce Vita Café, an Italian restaurant and martini bar, Fitness Together, a personal trainer, Bartlett Vision Center; Clique Photography, Town Center Wine Bin; and Black Tie Affair Day Spa Salon.

The second phase of Bartlett Town Center's commercial component is a two-story, clock-tower building which will include 7,000 square feet of office condominiums and another 7,000 square feet of retail.
