Alexander Homes will even customize the incentive

Alexander Homes has introduced a custom incentive program that allows each home buyer to customize their new luxury townhouse at The Cotswolds At Grande Park.

Created to fit each individual buyer's needs, the flexible offer gives new Cotswolds buyers up to $20,000 to use however they see fit. They may spend the money on upgrades and options, special financing packages, or take a credit at closing. However, if 100 percent of the incentive is used toward upgrades, Alexander Homes will increase the value to $25,000.

"This special, limited time offer through April 30, 2008 is a response to the housing market demands of our times," said Maryann Rasmussen, vice president of operations for Winnetka-based Alexander Homes.

At The Cotswolds, Alexander Homes is building the only townhouses in Plainfield's prestigious Grande Park master planned community. The 116 Tudor-inspired townhouses reflect the fanciful 'cottage style' of The Cotswolds region of England.

Four floor plans are available. These well-thought-out designs boast 1,830 to 2,200 square feet of living space not counting the lower level, two or three bedrooms, and 2½ to 3½ baths. Eye-catching appointments include three-quarter-inch oak hardwood flooring finished in place found throughout main living areas; barrel, vaulted and coffered ceilings; crown molding; columns; and two-panel solid-core wood arch-top doors.

For base prices that range from $284,900 to $334,900, home buyers at The Cotswolds receive additional standard features such as attached two-car garages with electric openers, outdoor sun arbors, and a wide selection of today's most sought-after finishes.

Also included in each home's base price is a full lower level English basement with an 8½-foot ceiling, central air conditioning, solid wood-clad windows, 9½-foot first-floor ceilings, and porcelain or ceramic tile flooring in the foyer, kitchen and baths.

Nestled within the popular Grande Park master planned community, The Cotswolds adds a bit of old-English charm to the rapidly growing southwest suburb. The neighborhood's two-story townhouses are fashioned after quaint cottages that dot the English countryside.

In addition, The Cotswolds is served by Oswego's excellent school district and a new elementary school is being built within Grande Park.

The Alexander Homes' sales center is located on the south side of 127th Street, 3.5 miles west of Ill. Hwy. 59. The entrance to The Cotswolds At Grande Park is located at Timber Wood Way (one-quarter mile west of Ridge Road). Once in the community, turn left onto Timber Wood Circle, and left again to The Cotswolds sales center.

Sales hours are 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 11 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Sunday. Telephone (815) 230-3303.
