Headline: "Our Federal Reserve Helps Bail Out Bear Stearns Cos."

The headline that surely will follow: "C.E.O. of Bear Stearns asked to retire, but will be given hundreds of millions as a going-away present."

What an insult and disgrace to every living American. Those of us who worked hard all their lives only to see our savings eroded by the fools who govern America.
