No immunity for phone companies

Congress must oppose retroactive immunity for phone companies that participated in the Bush-Cheney administration's warrantless surveillance program.

Also, it must see if there was any illegal wire tapping of U.S. citizen before 9/11.

Congress needs to investigate the truth.
