Support governor's tax credit proposal

Having been a single parent, I have worked hard to provide for myself and two sons. I know all too well the challenges of keeping up with the rising cost of living.

Managing my family's budget has always been a challenge, but I always put my children's health and safety first.

I am a good citizen who has paid and will continue to pay my fair share of taxes while trying to give my family the best.

People should never have to choose between paying bills or the health of their kids. Hard-working, middle-class families deserve a break and that's why I support the governor's new plan to give tax credits to families with children.

We all need help in today's economic crisis. So why not us?
