Jobless can expect unequal treatment

If you are a Caucasian and have to file for unemployment compensation at the Department of Employment Security at 30 DuPage Court in Elgin, expect to be hassled a lot while Hispanics and African-Americans are not.

I am calling for an immediate government review of this office.
