Get a capital deal done in Springfield
Everyone knows we need a capital bill, and I thank Gov. Rod Blagojevich for trying to get it done.
I also thank him for some great ideas in his budget, including that extra tax credit for families with kids. I could really use an extra $300 per kid right now.
I hope that lawmakers can come together over the next couple months and make a deal.
