COD seminars address selling, buying

America's Mortgage Choice sponsors two free seminars on Saturday at the College of DuPage Student Resource Center. The first for home sellers begins at 9 a.m. followed by a session for home buyers beginning at 10:40 a.m.

Home sellers learn about options for sellers to maximize their chances of selling in today's market. Buyers will learn about investing in short sales, bank-owned property or repossessed property.
