Gallagher acquires Providium

ITASCA -- Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. Wednesday announced the acquisition of Providium Consulting Group LLC, headquartered in Fairport, N.Y. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Formed in 2002, Providium offers employee benefit consulting and brokerage services as well as human resource consulting services to its clients in the Northeastern U.S.
