4th Floor acquires food company

NAPERVILLE -- 4th Floor Investment Group LLC, a privately-held holding company of manufacturing, distribution and service companies, said Tuesday it partnered with BrightPath Capital Inc. & Marquette Capital Partners Inc. to acquire Lemont-based foodservice redistribution company Consolidated Distribution Corp. In addition, 4th Floor also aligned itself with Chase Business Credit of Chicago, a division of JPMorgan Chase & Co., to recapitalize CDC's senior credit facility. Terms were not disclosed.
