Politicians with character flaws

It's business as usual, another politician caught in a scandal.

I wish those seeking public office would first look into themselves and if they have a flaw, go do something else. They cannot serve the interest of the public while harboring these Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde personalities.

In today's society the media will see you. Their bright lights will expose you and your flaws -- like an X-ray spots cancer. This may cost us some of the more qualified people from seeking office, but what good is their service if it can be undone by a character fault and bad judgment?

This not only hurts the family and the voters but the country as well. The more this happens, the more accepting we are, the worse off we will be.
