Registration for the Fox Valley Park District/Kickers Soccer Club Saturday Youth soccer program is under way.

Parents of children in kindergarten through eighth grade can download registration and waiver forms at www.foxvalleyparkdistrict.org or www.kickers soccerclub.org. The form and payment can be mailed to FVPD Recreational Soccer, Attention: Lisa Trychta, 712 S. River St., Aurora, IL 60506.

Registration forms may be completed at the Prisco Community Center, 150 W. Illinois Ave., Aurora; Eola Community Center, 555 S. Eola Road, Aurora; or Vaughan Athletic Center, 2121 W. Indian Trail, Aurora.

First-time registrants should include a copy of their children's birth certificates.

The registration deadline for the spring season is March 29.

Seven games are played on Saturdays at Stuart Sports Complex, on Orchard Road in Montgomery, starting April 19 and ending May 31.

The cost is $45 for residents; $60 for non-residents; $120 for a resident family (three or more children) and $165 for a non-resident family.

The Fox Valley Park District/Kickers Soccer Club youth soccer program is a parent-based volunteer organization. The goals of the program are to develop soccer skills, teamwork and responsibility and to gain better knowledge and appreciation for the game. Parent volunteers are needed to coach. Each coach will schedule his or her own practice time and location. Players will be contacted by their coaches two weeks before the first game.
