Administrative professionals to learn about office politics

The Elgin Chapter of the International Association of Administrative Professionals will present "Office Politics: When Did You Get Elected to Deal With It?" with Trisha Svehla, president of Managing the Mosaic.

This presentation will explore the definition of "office politics" -- is playing required for success?

It will help you see the common view of what is office politics, the rules of the game and how to play to win. Join the group to learn more about "office politics" at 6 p.m. Wednesday at the Holiday Inn, 495 Airport Road in Elgin. Networking begins at 6 p.m. and dinner and program at 6:15 p.m. Cost is $17.
