Three suburbs represented at auction
Westar Properties, Inc., an Oak Brook-based real estate auction marketing firm, will auction five residential properties at 1 p.m. on Saturday, March 29. The auction includes four single-family homes in Lombard, Shorewood and Wheeling along with a home site in Lombard. The auction will be held at the Westin Lombard Yorktown Center, 79 Yorktown Center in Lombard.
"These properties are being offered subject to attractive minimum bids," said Steven H. Baumann, president and CEO of Westar Properties.
Properties in the auction include:
• A new builder's model at 415 W. Greenfield Street, Lombard. The 3,500-square-foot home has 10 rooms including four bedrooms and three baths.
