ITASCA -- Arthur J. Gallagher & Co. on Tuesday announced the acquisition of Bankers Financial Benefits of Oklahoma City, Okla. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Established in 2001, Bankers Financial Benefits offers employee benefit consulting and brokerage services. Bankers Financial specializes in the banking and manufacturing industries. Arthur J. Gallagher is based in Itasca.
