Channel 50 to broadcast 18 Fire games
The Chicago Fire is partnering WPWR Channel 50 to televise 18 games this season.
"We're excited to team up with My50 Chicago to provide Chicago Fire fans the best television coverage possible," Fire President and GM John Guppy said. "With My50, we will offer Fire fans more opportunities to catch the team live, over the air, and through a variety of mediums."
"The Fire's fan base is passionate and grows in size with each season," said WFLD/WPWR vice president and GM Pat Mullen." "We want to help them grow even faster with the increased exposure WPWR can offer."
