OfficeMax CEO got $4.7 million

NAPERVILLE -- OfficeMax Inc. Chairman and CEO Sam Duncan received compensation valued at $4.7 million in 2007, according to a regulatory filing Monday. The filing said Duncan received a salary of $975,000, a performance-based bonus of $473,000 and stock options and restricted stock worth $3.15 million at the time they were awarded. He also got perks the company valued at $114,853, including $90,920 for personal use of the company jet. Duncan has headed OfficeMax since April 2005.
