Free meal for kids who donate clothes

ST. CHARLES -- Sweet Tomatoes is helping teach children the important lesson that "giving is better than receiving" by inviting kids ages 12 and younger to bring a new clothing item with tags attached to their nearest Sweet Tomatoes location on March 30 from 9 a.m. to noon during the restaurant's Sunday breakfast. All clothing items will be donated to the nonprofit organization Kids in Distressed Situations. Each child who donates an item of clothing during that time will receive a free kid's breakfast meal. There is a Sweet Tomatoes in St. Charles at 2801 E. Main St.
