No landscaping in 'Bridge of Beauty'

Bridge of Beauty? Your article fails to mention the attractive landscaping that is planned for the eastern part of Stearns Road that currently runs through Bartlett and DuPage County.

Are there no federal or county funds included in this project for landscaping that will alleviate the increased pollution that will result from millions of cars traveling through our small town?

Why should Bartlett and DuPage residents sacrifice their quality of life for those in St. Charles, Wayne and Kane County?

What is more important -- air quality and health or making sure your bridges aren't "ugly?"

I'm looking forward to Part II: Plans for the remainder of Stearns Road and the residents whose quality of life is greatly impacted by the Bridge of Beauty.
