Must reading for parents, students

Every school should make copies of the article Dr. Charles Nozicka wrote, "Media violence encourages tragedy" that was published in the Sunday, Feb. 24 Daily Herald. A copy should be sent home with every student and with it a note that has to be returned to the school. This note would have to be notarized stating the parents have read and understand the message given.
