Our vote becomes a question of duty

I voted for Romney, but now that he pulled out I feel I must vote for McCain.

There are several issues I have against McCain. But it boils down to this, the next president is also the next commander-in-chief of the U.S. armed forces.

Clearly, McCain is the best qualified for that position. Senators Obama and Clinton would cut and run immediately and then tear the military down by hundreds of thousands of troops just like Carter and Bill Clinton did.

They would dumb-down our intelligence agencies, make it almost impossible to keep up with worldwide terror activities and again make us vulnerable to another 9/11 attack. Just like Bill did.

McCain has the most experience and offers the best chance for continued success in the war on terror.

I may never vote for McCain as president, but I will vote for him this November as commander-in-chief.

We all owe it to our troops to give them the best commander-in-chief available. Not someone who will waste their sacrifices and suffering by pulling out and exposing the people of Iraq to civil war and unimaginable terror leading even to genocide.

It's a question of duty now. The duty of Americans to their soldiers.
